What can I expect from the quality of Atelys jewelry?

At Atelys, we are committed to offering meaningful and beautiful handcrafted jewelry made from scratch and out of the finest materials. Each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted by hand, so you can be sure that it was made with a lot of love, time and care no matter the size.

We take pride in our work and enjoy crafting each piece from beginning to end.
When you buy an Atelys piece you are bound to find imperfections, unique texture and it’s own distinctive quality.

In our sterling silver metal stamped jewelry, for example, each character is hand stamped individually and will have slight variation in spacing, depth and alignment. These should not be seen as defect. We embrace the beauty of imperfection, and we’re proud that no two pieces are identical and each piece is unique.                                                                                                            

How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?

Personalized jewelry is made to order, handcrafted with love right here in
Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.  Please allow 1-3 weeks to finish your piece. 

If for any reason there a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.  Contact us if you need your piece expedited and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes we do.  Please see below for shipping details and costs. 

How long does shipping take?

All purchases (except custom orders) are shipped within two to three business days after you've placed your order.  Orders with personalized items or custom jewelry pieces take 1-3 weeks to create and additional business days to process. Please contact us for the exact time frame on custom made items.

How do I care for my jewelry? What’s the best way to store my pieces?

The best way to keep your jewelry clean is to keep it air tight. Air is a natural oxidant. Please take care not to expose your jewelry to chlorine, bleaching agents or chemicals

All sterling silver naturally tarnishes, and there are many different factors that contribute to this: exposure to water, cosmetics, hair products, lotions, etc.

Exposure to some elements may cause your piece to tarnish faster than others.  

Storing your jewelry in an airtight plastic bag can help prevent tarnishing.

We strongly recommend removing your jewelry when showering or swimming.  

To clean your piece we recommend using a small polishing cloth.

Returns/Exchanges

We love our customers and appreciate your business. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch. We are happy to exchange it for a different item, or store credit* with in 30 days of purchase. 

Atelys gladly accepts exchanges ONLY on regular items. 

Custom made pieces can not be exchanged or returned.

If an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund.

*Store credits expire after 90 days of date issued.

We maintain the privacy of our customers, when you place an order with us the information you share such as name, address, phone numbers and information about the products you order is never distributed or sold to an outside party.
